Site Survey

After the preliminary analysis of power generation availability and investment probability, to gain more insight about the situation on-site, Hanpower engineers need to conduct a site survey and discuss with customers about the details of the design and the interface: 

● Range of variation of the heat source condition (flow rate, temperature)

● Range of variation of the heat sink condition (flow rate, temperature)

● The composition and corrossiveness of the fluid on heat source

● The composition and corrossiveness of the fluid on heat sink.

● Direct or indirect heat extraction.

● The need for heat dissipation on the heat source of the manufacturing process.

● The space limitation for the ORC Power system

● The position of the ORC Power system and the relative position of heat source and heat sink.

● System: Outdoor type or indoor type 

● Whether the gas in the atmosphere is corrosive

● Whether the installation site is explosion-proof.

● The need for connection to the power grid

● To Sell or keep the electricity 

● The integration of the ORC power system and the environment control system

● Remote monitoring interface for the status of the system

● The need for heat insulation and painting for the facility.
